In a heavily internet - based real estate market, it is necessary for a property to have high quality digital images to attract attention. Our mission is to give you the advantage over your competitors and allow you to present your property in it’s best light.

Although most real estate agents provide photographs as part of their service when listing your property, real estate agents are in fact sales people and not often photographers as well. Sometimes they can do a good job but often the images lack the quality that comes from years of photographic experience and professional equipment such as high-end cameras, tripods, specialist wide angle lenses and special lighting equipment.

We offer quick 24 hour turn around times on all images for proofing and can supply them in the correct sizes and resolution for all media including magazine, newspaper, sign boards or web.

Twilight Shots or Dusk images are taken just before sundown to achieve those warm magenta shades of colour in the sky which are so flattering for many houses and units. The softer light effect at that time of day also counteracts any harsh shadows which are apparent when taken during the day in full sun. The idea is to have all of the lights on with some view into the home interior offering an inviting image.

Interior Shots can be the most challenging images to take for the inexperienced as bright light streaming through widows can turn a nice view into bright ‘burnt out’ spots. With careful metering and exposure fusion techniques we can get a pleasing view outside while also achieving a beautifully exposed interior image.

High Dynamic Range (HDR) is used to add “pop” to the image by increasing the range between the shadows and highlights to give added dimension to the property. Although it is often only a subtle difference, it does make your property stand out from a normal, flat photograph.

Sky & Lawn Replacement can turn a dull grey sky or un-turfed yard into a vivid backdrop to your property. We always try to work with the natural surrounds but mother nature can sometimes have other plans when time constraints are inflexible.

All packages include professional photographer, fully equipped with the latest in professional digital photographic and lighting equipment and 24 hour turn around time on proofs. All packages include one High Dynamic Range (HDR) shot of the front exterior where appropriate. Final images can then be either emailed directly to the property owner or real estate agent in the proper size and resolution for publication to magazines, newspaper or web. Standard Property Shoot - $150.00

• Includes minimum of 15 images taken during daylight hours

• Interior and exterior shots, Pole Aerial Photography (PAP) shots of exterior where appropriate.

Twilight Property Shoot - $200.00

• Includes minimum of 20 images taken just before and at twilight/dusk

• Interior and exterior shots, Pole Aerial Photography (PAP) shots of exterior where appropriate.

Pole Aerial Photography (PAP) is a technique used to gain a higher visual perspective. It is often the only way to get a good view of a property from over a fence or trees or a property situated high on a hill. It also gives a sense of scale to the land and makes the property look that much more impressive. We use the latest in PAP equipment including 24 foot extending tripod, camera capture software and remote pan/tilt head.
