Events

I am available for a select number of events each year. If I have been at your event and you are inquiring about your photos, please see below for answers to all those frequently asked questions. Q: Do you have any photos of me? A: If I was the official photographer at your event that you competed at then yes, I would have gotten images of you. I take pics of EVERYONE out there from a number of different key positions all around the track, ensuring I get a variety of shots of all riders at an event. I also archive the images for a minimum of 5 years so you can hit me up for pics at any time after an event. Q: How much are the photos? A: Prices for photo packages are only $55 and include all the best, fully edited, full resolution images of you via digital download from your own private Client Gallery: https://imageseverything.pixieset.com Q: How many photos will I get? A: That depends on how much time you spent out on the track…the more laps/sessions you did, the more opportunities I’ve had to snap shots of you out there and from different vantage points. Having said that, the average number of images can be anywhere from 20-40 images per rider for a full day on the track. Q: Can I see samples first? A: Due to the low-cost nature of the photo packages, and the fact that all my images are fully edited before release, I don’t prepare sample or preview images. I do, however, post a random selection of photos shortly after each event that gives a true representation of my work and an example of the event on my Facebook Page as well as on the event organiser’s FB page. Q: Can I buy just a couple of pics? A: Not typically…I reserve that option for my sponsorship arrangements and media outlets only. Q: What sort of images will I get in my package? A: I like to mix it up so you have a good selection of different shots. I aim to get you some great action shots as you enter & exit turns as well as add the sense of speed with some ‘slow-panning’ shots. You’ll often also get a ‘series’ as you go through the turn…these are great for checking your race lines and body position. Q: How do I order a photo package? A: Just send your inquiry to: mail@imageseverything.com.au or through Facebook: @ImagesEverythingPhotographer or through Instagram: imageseverythingphotographer Please include as much information as possible so that I may identify your particular images: Event name & date Your bike/car/horse description & colour/race number Your attire - what you were wearing on the day (leathers/helmet) What classes/groups/races you were in Q: How do I pay for the photo package? A: Payment can be made by EFTPOS on the day of the event or by PayPal (paypal.me/plantpoweredchick) or Direct Deposit at any time. Direct Deposit Payments can be made to: Lori Poffenroth BSB: 062 692 ACC: 2376 8078
Please remember to include your name in the transaction description.
Q: How do I get my photos?
A: Images will be uploaded to my Client Gallery for direct download or posted out on USB (on request/additional $10). Once your payment clears, I
will sort, edit and upload your images to your private Client Gallery then send you the link and download instructions. I use a very user-friendly,
photography-specific on-line gallery host where you can easily view, share and download your full-resolution images direct to your computer or
mobile phone.
The gallery will expire after two weeks but this should be plenty of time for you to save all your photos…AND you can always contact me if you
need more time.
Q: How long will my photos take?
A: Straight after an event is always super busy with lots of photo package orders but I always aim to get your pics to you within 24-72 hours from
the time the payment clears, depending on my work load. I take the time to go over each photo; cropping, colour-enhancing & sharpening to make
your images POP so it’s worth the wait, I promise.
Please also note: All images are protected by copyright laws. No images are allowed to be edited or changed in any way. Publishing of images is
limited to personal & social media use only without prior permission. Please contact me for use in any commercial publication.
I’ve been fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to shoot at some of the leading race tracks in Australia including Phillip Island, The Bend &
Wakefield for ASBK but my home track is Morgan Park Raceway.
This is an example of the use of shutter speed to give the true feeling of how fast the bikes are going. Sure, anyone can snap those high-speed, ‘stop-motion’ shots (LEFT 1/2000 sec f/6.3)…set any camera shutter fast enough and you’ll get those … and I’ll get those for you too, but I’ll also aim to get you those slow-shutter ‘panning’ shots that give the image a real sense of pace (RIGHT 1/160 sec f/9). This is when you slow the camera shutter speed down to anywhere from 1/320 second to 1/150 second or even slower and then ‘pan’ along with the moving vehicle to keep it in focus but blur out the spinning wheels & background.
Keep an eye out for me along the straight if you like to have a ‘wheelie’ good time…
Photos with multiple riders make great action shots and give a sense of the atmosphere.
Yes, I’ll often catch those epic sends
I also like to get up close and personal so say Hi!
See you at the track!
